If there was a time machine that could go back 4 or 8 years. Knowing what we do about what happened in the last 4-8 years would we still elect the same administration? Or would we choose a different candidate, or would the other candidate be worse? Would either candidate still run for office? Or would they be selfless and (if the population thought it was best) remove themselves from the public eye and 2000/2004 elections?
